continual improvement. We applied for ISO9001 certificate and succeed. 

Power-Time is a leader provider of two way radio accessories that enable to supply all most 
kinds of accessories to two way radios.
Through this quality management system, we got a lot of progresses: 
the most importance is that we created a flexible and logical way to achieve a recognised 
standard system. 

We summed up several experience points as follows:

1. Created the documents system;

2. Set up the quality management principles,and we made those 
standards into effective. 

3. Reformed and proved the our company rules and regulations

4. Increased the quality consciousness of all employees

5. Increased efficiency and productivity

6. Enhanced quality image in our customers.  

Overall, ISO9001 certificate is not our final goal, we will broaden quality management initiatives
and implement this quality system continuously.
